After searching for days at different dealerships, I decided to check Ghent out. Allen went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted, for the price I could afford, and did not give up u decided to check Ghent out. Allen went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted, for the price I could afford, and did not give up until he did. Allen isn’t like other typical sales people. He was kind, down to earth, respectful, empathetic and DETERMINED. And when I messed up my title for trade in- he went with me to the DMV because he knew it stressed me out. I never once felt taken advantage of, but rather I felt like my happiness mattered to him. The owner was also incredible and took the time to sit down with me as well. I will be buying all of my vehicles moving forward from Allen and Ghent. Truly blown away by my experience. More

One one hand I have to thank Ghent for being so difficult because I found a way better car at about the same price, I do not fault them for having a price and trying to make money they all have to do that. because I found a way better car at about the same price, I do not fault them for having a price and trying to make money they all have to do that. Here is the issue. They are not the least bit transparent and try to "pack the payment". The car in question was 9,000 dollars. They wrote up a ticket for over 20000 dollars. They had 3,000 dollars in accessories. This is on a 14 year old car. First they was not an itemized list so you had not idea what they were claiming were installed or if they were upselling. My overall rating would be good, however, I was told it was gonna be full of gas, and it was not. I asked that the windshield wiper fluid be filled, and it was not. Worst experience trying to get my new car diagnosed. Service department wanted us to pay for a tire rotation and more when our car is A 2023 and under warranty.
