Stay as far away as possible! Horrible experience from beginning to end. Least trustworthy dealership I ever had to deal with. In case you have no other choice (trust me, you do) Horrible experience from beginning to end. Least trustworthy dealership I ever had to deal with. In case you have no other choice (trust me, you do) make sure you read everything twice before you sign. Numbers in contract didn't match agreed upon price (honest mistake they claim), condition of vehicle didn't match description. Vehicle supposedly was CPO but you can tell nobody ever looked at it. Had issue with a check engine light coming on and they couldn't fix so they just cleared the code so I would drive off the lot. Light came on almost immediately. Car was less than 1 year old. Then they tried solving a problem using a used non-OEM part from a salvage yard!! And it goes on and on and on. In summary: Do you enjoy getting taken advantage off? Then buy from DeNooyer Do you want to deal with a bunch of weasels? Then buy from DeNooyer Do you enjoy endless frustration? Then buy from DeNooyer Do you want to experience why used car salesmen have a horrible reputation? Then buy from DeNooyer If you don't identify with anything from above then I can only recommend to look ANYWHERE else. Not sure if my experience was typical or not. But since it was the same across various departments and with multiple employees.......? You be the judge. More

Amazing I was amazed how quickly I was able to get everything taken care of. My father in law went earlier in the day to help me try and find a vehicle. He fo I was amazed how quickly I was able to get everything taken care of. My father in law went earlier in the day to help me try and find a vehicle. He found my salesman, Scott Sanderspree. While my father in law and Scott were unable to look at what I saw online, they did look for quite a bit of time. I was able to find something online and went down to check it out in person. Scott let me take it on a test drive and it was PERFECT. Everything started on a Wednesday and I was able to pick up my vehicle on Saturday. Scott in finance was awesome as well. He returned phone calls to me when I had a challenge and we were able to get everything taken care of. The only issue I had was the transfer fee for my registration was not added onto the bill of sale that was sent to my financial institution, otherwise everything was flawless. More
