A few years ago, I decided to move away from the traditional dealership model and stick with direct-to-consumer brands like Tesla and Rivian. From the very beginning, Shannon Finfrock, the sales associate I worked with, Steven, the finance manager, and Eric Lugo went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Shannon’s personable, family-oriented approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She kept me informed through every step—both before and after the purchase—ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my decision. Meanwhile, Steven provided complete transparency on the lease agreement, walking me through the pricing and discounts in a way that left me feeling confident and reassured. Even after the sale, the service continued to impress. When I had a poor experience at a local dealership regarding a simple software update, Shannon once again stepped in. She made sure Starling’s service center welcomed me like family, took care of my truck right away, and delivered the kind of support the other dealership simply refused to provide. This is not only my first GM vehicle, but also my first experience with Starling GMC, and I can confidently say they’ve changed my perspective on traditional dealerships.
