Our experience with Joe Rizza Ford was excellent. We had brake repairs made to our 2010 Fusion SE. Scott our service rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable as was the mechanic who did the work. I am always happy with the service. Honestly I do think the price is higher than what I expected. It would be nice to have a “cafeteria style” options so I can have more options on what I want serviced and the price is higher than what I expected. This is the only place I bring my 2016 F150 platinum truck. It has been misdiagnosed causing me to wheelbearings I did not need and has been four times to change a computer module in the engine that com truck.
