Professional and Great customer service. Scott made me feel very welcomed and listened to what I needed to have done. However, they could not figure out why vehicle exhaust was smoking so I will need to feel very welcomed and listened to what I needed to have done. However, they could not figure out why vehicle exhaust was smoking so I will need to bring it back when and if this blue gray smoke happens again. I wish they could test to see why this is happening randomly. I only use BP gas. More

Joe Rizza Ford is Great! Found a 6 inch bolt in my tire causing the air pressure light to go on alarm. They repaired it an now no light, no alert, and no problem. The drivers that picked up and dropped off my car were great. My car was dropping off at 9:30 for the works and had to call at 4:00 because no one ever called to even let me pay. Also when I called to f great. My car was dropping off at 9:30 for the works and had to call at 4:00 because no one ever called to even let me pay. Also when I called to find out how much “ the works” was at the dealership I was told $53. I was charged $66.! Won’t ever use your service department again. Finogit my car at 5! Very disappointed. Also talked to a number of service people. More
