This is the third time I have brought my vehicle in for the same issue. The luggage rack continues to come undone. One time the entire thing flew off. The staff has been dismissive telling me this happens the same issue. The luggage rack continues to come undone. One time the entire thing flew off. The staff has been dismissive telling me this happens to all ford explorers. However I have two family members with the exact same car as mine and this has never happened to them. I would like to talk to someone who actually cares and can help take care of the problem instead of getting the response of “that happens”. I have another service appointment so this will be 4 times for the same issue. This is not acceptable for the amount of money this car costs. More

I utilized the valet service to pickup and drop off my car for regular maintenance. The pickup went fine, with the staff member very polite and professional. The service was completed and I received a c car for regular maintenance. The pickup went fine, with the staff member very polite and professional. The service was completed and I received a call around 2:30 scheduling a drop off at 5:00p. At 5:45p my vehicle had not been delivered, and I called the dealership. The phone rang and rang for several minutes until someone in sales finally answered. She said service was closed and did not know where my vehicle was. She ultimately transferred me to the general managers voicemail. Gary, called me back about 10 minutes later. He was able to find my car and it was delivered around 6:30p. More

Professional and Great customer service. Scott made me feel very welcomed and listened to what I needed to have done. However, they could not figure out why vehicle exhaust was smoking so I will need to feel very welcomed and listened to what I needed to have done. However, they could not figure out why vehicle exhaust was smoking so I will need to bring it back when and if this blue gray smoke happens again. I wish they could test to see why this is happening randomly. I only use BP gas. More
