I had an extraordinary experience with the dealership. I purchased the truck via the internet, and was practically escorted through the entire process from buy to drive. Scott was AMAZING, I have never had purchased the truck via the internet, and was practically escorted through the entire process from buy to drive. Scott was AMAZING, I have never had a more pleasant, courteous, and truly customer service experience when purchasing a vehicle, and I have purchased quite a few. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for any vehicle. Scott called back to check and make sure that all my needs and expectations were met in which I gave a round of applause. Thanks to Scott and the crew for making my experience wonderful and exceeding all and any expectations. I will be back. BTW the price of the truck could not be matched at all. More

Scott Sitton was great to work with - this was the easiest and most friendly experience I have had at any car dealership. I felt welcome every time I was there - and I actually got to meet the owners easiest and most friendly experience I have had at any car dealership. I felt welcome every time I was there - and I actually got to meet the owners (who were both down to earth and nice to speak with). When I got my new F-150, Scott went over all the options in the truck. I also feel that if I ever have a question I can call him and he will take care of the problem. I would recommend Long McArthur to any of my friends. Great Job by everyone at the dealership. More

We had been trying to make a deal with another dealership for a car on their lot, but had been unsuccessful. We asked Scott to try to dealer trade but he was also unsuccessful. A new vehicle was delivered to for a car on their lot, but had been unsuccessful. We asked Scott to try to dealer trade but he was also unsuccessful. A new vehicle was delivered to this dealership that was exactly what we had been trying to buy, only a year newer. Scott promptly worked out an amazing deal for us and we purchased the vehicle that day. Scott and other members of the dealership were direct, open, and honest in preparing the deal. There was no sitting around waiting while some other part of the organization stalled to break down buyer confidence, no outrageous counteroffers, no hidden fees, which is what we had encountered at the other dealership. We ended up buying a 2014 for well below what the other dealership tried to gouge us for on a 2013. We are very pleased with the experience of purchasing our new Mustang. More

We went in to have a problem fixed on our Ford Edge, and things snowballed from that point as far as getting parts to fix the problem, we ended up making 2 trips to Salina which is a 3 hour drive one way. Scott was the salesman who we bought the Edge and handled our previous sales, Scott and Derrick Lee made sure we left in a better frame of mind and traded for a 2011 Lincoln MKZ. We buy our cars from Scott because he will always be honest, fair, and does his best to make you happy with whatever is going on. More
