Granted he was very transparent about the expectations and was humble enough to admit when he was unsure about something, but he was always determined to get me an answer. As for their finance department, I worked with Pete and he was great. Honestly, the process of financing a car is never fun because it always feels like they are trying to force you to buy something you don't really need, but that wasn't the case at all. Although we disagreed, he was respectful and I didn't feel like he was pressuring me in any way. All that to say, the process of buying a car with Rudy Luther was smooth and fast, so I would highly recommend them. More
