Rarely write reviews, but I would like to share this. I was shopping for my wife's new car and had (3) vehicles in mind- Mercedes- Benz GLC300, Audi Q5, and BMW X3. While my wife and I test drove the Merc was shopping for my wife's new car and had (3) vehicles in mind- Mercedes- Benz GLC300, Audi Q5, and BMW X3. While my wife and I test drove the Mercedes- Benz GLC300, the dealer won't give us any discount, not even a penny so we left the dealer. We then went by the BMW of Silver Spring, MD to test drive the X3 and met the salesperson, Mr. Scott Sohn. He was just phenomenal. He took his time to show and explain the features, never agressive, helped us chose the right options to configure the vehicle, and finally went over and beyond to get a great discounts! After purchasing a new BMW X3 from Mr. Sohn, he kept us in the loop with a timely update, while the vehicle was being built/shipped. He then ensured the car and the financing department was ready on the day of signing/picking up the vehicle. From start to finish, this was an excellent car buying experience! All Thanks to Mr. Sohn for making this happen! My wife and I are really happy with the new 2021 BMW X3. Although I reside almost 50 miles away in Virginia, I would highly recommend your dealership and especially Scott. I was a long standing customer of a dealer near me but recently for some reason my loyalty was not a factor in my encounters. On the converse, I felt appreciated by your dealership and Scott. We traveled almost 200 miles to the dealership and it was well worth our time. From the moment that I reached out to Scott about the car, he was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. His sincere and honest approach went a long way in us choosing to purchase the BMW from Silver Spring. We had a lot of other options, but we are very confident that we made the right choice. I would be remiss not to mention Pedro as well. As a finance guy myself, I often dread the financial part of buying vehicles. Pedro was down to earth, cool, calm and collected. He was extremely busy, but he valued my time and was able to get me through the paperwork in a timely fashion.
