I went in with my parents to look for a new car for them and started speaking to their salesperson Mr. Joe Murray. I told him I was looking for something small for my daughter, maybe a used car. Mr. Joe exp and started speaking to their salesperson Mr. Joe Murray. I told him I was looking for something small for my daughter, maybe a used car. Mr. Joe explained that right now it was better to look into a new car for her with a full warranty rather than a used car. He told me that they just received a small car that he thought I might like, or we could look at something else. He took the time with my entire family to explain everything. He went over the benefits of a used car vs a new car. He ensured that we had all the safety features we wanted. He worked with Mr. Tony in the finance department to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchases and had the best deal. So instead of buying one car and looking for something in the future. We ended up buying two. This was a wonderful experience and this is the fourth car we have bought from Crown Buick GMC. Thanks again Mr. Joe and Mr. Tony for everything you did for myself and my family. More
