Long story short… I bought my car about 18 months ago and it was a certified used vehicle. The buying process was great. I was very happy with the sales person Lonnie. Fast-forward to 18 months later about a it was a certified used vehicle. The buying process was great. I was very happy with the sales person Lonnie. Fast-forward to 18 months later about a month ago, my transmission went out. I took it back to the dealership paid for the diagnosis which was about $200. They told me my transmission was out with my certified warranty. I had to pay 25% of the cost, which was not bad at all. I got my car back and two days later the transmission went out again. I was furious. I had to have it towed back to the dealership. I was not happy at all. However, I am extremely pleased about the way Scott from the service department handled this. I was offered a brand new jeep compass as a loaner car at no charge while they diagnosed my car again. Today I got a call from Scott that my transmission was done and they did a few test drives on it to make sure that it was in drivable condition and that he was going to send it across the street for a VIP cleaning for my inconvenience.. I was so happy to hear this. It’s bad enough when your car has issues. Scott made this process so much easier. Thank you, Scott for taking care of this. More

Very happy with the service, the video and the description of the repairs needed was an excellent service. I had to have at least 7 repairs done and all were great and they were honest about all m description of the repairs needed was an excellent service. Rude! ! Scott in services asked me do I have enough money on my American Express to pay for the service that I received!! Which I found very unprofessional ! Scott in services asked me do I have enough money on my American Express to pay for the service that I received!! Which I found very unprofessional , there were other customers around!! He continuously asked me to do sunbit, when I have enough credit on my American Express to purchase just about any car on your lot” Brand New” and pay it in FULL on That credit card!!I felt he was definitely stereotyping and completely failed!! We are teaching our son responsibility and he had to pay half of the service fee for the vehicle so I did two transactions, one with my son debit card and the other with my American Express. It really doesn’t matter how it was going to be paid, Scott asking me. Do I have enough money on my card to pay for a service that I just received was absurd. My customer service experience was better with (Olivia the month prior to this incident when I needed to get some work done to our 2019 Chrysler 300 with only 36,000 miles ) 4th and oldest vehicle in MY driveway This is our third time purchasing a vehicle from Fred Martin and this is the most rude I have been treated!! You have definitely lost a loyal customer. More
