My name is Scott Tophoney, and I’ve been in the automobile business for over 16 years, the past six years at Kelly Risk free. Working for the Kellys has made the past six years very enjoyable. I’ve developed a method of selling here that truly benefits the customer. I’ve never worked in a dealership that gives customers a 3-day option on keeping the vehicle or returning it if you’re not completely satisfied. I’ve lived in the Lehigh Valley all my life, and am a proud graduate of Phillipsburg High School. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Scott at Kelly Nissan. Before going to Kelly, we had purchased two from Star and one from Brown Daub Wind Gap and had terrible experiences. Go see Scott Tophoney at Kelly Nissan. We had nothing but problems with the vehicles before we found him and the dealerships didn't stand behind their product. Scott was our salesman all three times at Kelly and we are couldn't be happier. He got us the exact vehicle we wanted each time. Scott was always available and always worked around our schedule. We purchased a Rogue, Murano and GMC Sierra. We were never rushed. He encouraged us to drive multiple vehicles and always had several cars/trucks ready for us to look at based on the criteria we gave him. The experiences were always fun. Our most important desire was finding a dealership we could trust, a product we could rely on, and a salesman that went out of his way to find exactly what we wanted and lobby for the price we needed. It is easy to be swayed by dirt cheap advertised prices that other dealerships put out there. The ones we fell for did not screen their vehicles as Kelly always does. One dealership missed a simple problem, refused to check it again and when the leak caused major damage, they refused to honor the warranty that expired due to their negligence. No dealership ever treated us with the respect as scott and Kelly have: they didn't pressure us or try to fool us with incomplete estimates; they didn't waste our time; they listened to our needs, concerns, and EXCEEDED our expectations on the price!!! They didn't just sell us cars, they went out of their way to build a relationship and do right by us. Service is always a big concern - especially for us. We were gun shy after our bad experiences with previous dealerships. Scott personally walked me over to the service department our first oil change and made sure the guarantees made during our first purchase were met, and in typical Kelly fashion, exceeded! He personally replaced a key fob battery while the service guys did my paperwork. The service department is fantastic! Scott will do everything to make sure that this major purchase is what you need, asked for, and is purchased an impressive price; it is backed by management and a service department that puts the others to shame. We will only buy from Scott Tophoney at Kelly Nissan off route 33. We have peace of mind when we leave and are treated like VIPs while there. More

I came to the dealership after passing by and seeing a car I was interested in. It was a little above my price range but Scott worked with me and ended up with an offer I couldn't refuse. Bill got me a car I was interested in. It was a little above my price range but Scott worked with me and ended up with an offer I couldn't refuse. Simply put: This is a good, honest dealership. I went in to test drive a 2003 Corolla, and due to their full disclosure policy, Scott Tophoney (the man I dealt with) told me that it needed a new head gas in to test drive a 2003 Corolla, and due to their full disclosure policy, Scott Tophoney (the man I dealt with) told me that it needed a new head gasket and brakes, and that the AC was inoperative. Obviously I didn't buy that car. Then they showed me a 2009 Corolla for about the same price most dealers might be selling an '05 or '06 Corolla with the same milage. It had a clean history (which I also independently confirmed via Carfax), drove well, and had just passed inspection. And as I said, it was a very good price. (It was actually a bit BELOW the Kelley Blue Book value, which I also looked up.) Without a doubt, I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, or even for service. (I went to them regularly for service back when I lived in Easton.) More
