Scott Vaughn is our Product Specialist. We were not thinking about going for a new vehicle and lease. Pam was driving by your dealership and noticed a new color vehicle we thought was Optim We were not thinking about going for a new vehicle and lease. Pam was driving by your dealership and noticed a new color vehicle we thought was Optima but later found out it's called K5. The next day I was on your website checking out new models. I received a message that Scott would call me. He did and offered to bring this new model K5 over to show us. The rest is history we signed a new lease. We were treated like royalty by Scott during this experience. He definitely was totally concerned about needs and what's. We only had to make one trip to the dealership to sign papers.
