Overall I have always had a good experience with the service center. However with this visit my apt was at 1pm and for just an oil change with filter replacements and a blinker bulb it took 2 and 1/2 hours. I left the service center @ 3:40pm. Also when originally calling to set apt I was clear about services needed and parts needing ordered and they were not prepared at apt with parts nor knowledge of requested services. So on top of waiting 2 and 1/2 hours I ended up having to explain again services I needed outside of the oil change and then was told that the parts needed to be ordered and I will need to wait to be contacted once parts come in and then schedule another service apt to have the services completed
