Although I went there for a model Pacifica that was in stock it got moved to another dealer before I got there. Scott worked hours to find another one in the right color and trim. Eduardo went to pick it stock it got moved to another dealer before I got there. Scott worked hours to find another one in the right color and trim. Eduardo went to pick it up which was a 6 hour round trip. Scott also worked to get me my asking price for my trade in.. also with all the waiting to hear back from the other dealers Scott was very cordial and kept me company. I felt the experience was very pleasant even thought it took a few days to get my new Pacifica.. I would highly recommend Scott to others More
