The situation I was in financially wasn’t easy to get out of , so I was turned away by many dealers within the first few minutes of meeting with them. When I arrived at DCH Kay Honda, I was introduced to Scott. He is so friendly , straightforward, and sincere. He explained truthfully what options I had financially, and went an extra step to figure out exactly what leased car would help me save the most and also fit my needs. I gave the highest rating because I would still be looking for a car and losing money if Scott hadn’t given me direction and he took the time with me that no other dealer had so far. We sat down and talked, he listened and understood what I wanted and what my circumstances were and we were able to come up with solution that perfectly fit my needs. He never tried to upsell me on anything or put me in a situation that I was not comfortable with, even when my situation changed, on the spot in the dealership of what I thought I could do vs. what reality was. It was one of my better car buying experiences and I would highly recommend them and I am sure I will be looking to them in the future as well. More

Armondo in finance was equally committed to help make purchasing my vehicle work for me. My car is a 2016 Fit which I have to add that I love. It is easy to drive and park for a small person. Don't think I will ever go back to a larger car. Everytime a dealership said that we had a "deal", something would come up and the "agreed payment amount" would change...not in my favor always in their favor. Went to DCH in Eatontown...dealt with Scott and everything was smooth without any hidden fee's or last minute changes. They were up front and honest with my wife and I from the door. We wound up leasing a 2019 Odyssey and couldn't be happier with the van or the professionalism from Scott and the DCH family.
