Had the car in for a reoccurring coupler issue that is covered under warranty. They didn't even try to fix the problem. Took the vehicle to another KIa dealer and they confirmed the coupler was bad and re covered under warranty. They didn't even try to fix the problem. Took the vehicle to another KIa dealer and they confirmed the coupler was bad and replaced it. Union County Kia did nothing to resolve the issue and wasted our time on two separate all day visits.
