They aren't like most car lots who "test" you to see if they can hoodoo you into a raw deal first. I appreciated their kindness and patience with me. Ryan is very personable and did everything I asked of him. I will certainly refer many customers to Gates Nissan. I absolutely love my Altima!! More

Gary Collins and Scott Witt worked with me. This was an unusual situation. I appreciate Gary helping with the different options regarding financing. I was able to replace the my 2015 Rogue with a new 2015 Rogue. I have dealt with Gates Nissan in Richmond since 2007. The service department does an excellent job also. I have always told the sales department when buying a new car that the sales department is really what bring customers back to dealership where the car was purchased. Jeff Graves is very knowledge about the options and extended warranties related to financing. More

2015 Nissan Frontier purchased I purchased a 2015 Nissan Frontier and asked them to install the hitch, have it full of gas when they delivered it and make sure the license plate was I purchased a 2015 Nissan Frontier and asked them to install the hitch, have it full of gas when they delivered it and make sure the license plate was registered in the county I live. The only thing I received was a $50 gas card from BP. They assured me that all of this would be done and it wasn't. More
