Sales rep (Scott Witt) was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Finance person was businesslike and friendly at the same time. I want to say that Scott Witt is a great asset to Gates, he was very patient throughout our weeks of emails up to the point when I scheduled the Test-Drive.
