Great sales associates - informative, helpful, professional and it didn't take forever to trade and they weren't "pushy". I have had many vehicle buying experiences and to date this was my best e professional and it didn't take forever to trade and they weren't "pushy". Scott was a great salesman. I usually do not like dealing with car salesmen, but he was great! He wasn't pushy at all and was willing to work with us on the price. We started talking with him on the internet first and were very pleased with his promptness in emailing us back and getting us information on the car we were interested in. Scott was very attentive and personal. He really cared about the type of car I wanted and everything I wanted in it. Scott was just so much fun to work with. My husband and I have bought many cars before about the type of car I wanted and everything I wanted in it. Scott was just so much fun to work with. Scott Witt at Gates Nissan in Richmond, Kentucky knows how to work WITH a customer. I do not have access to a phone during the day. Most car salesman ignore requests that they contact you by your preferred method and go straight to dialing your phone. I requested that Scott conduct business by email, and that's what he did. He sent me a personal email, not an automatic response. He worked to get me a good price on the vehicle I wanted. He came in on his day off to do business with me after I had to cancel an earlier appointment. He had the vehicle ready for test drive when I arrived. Overall, Scott Witt knows what customer service should be like and works to make it a reality for his customers. Never had a better experience at a car dealership. More

i stopped bby one day to look at a car i saw in an add. he came right out to me and asked if i needed any assistance. i saw the car liked it but was out of my price range. he took my cell phone number and he came right out to me and asked if i needed any assistance. i saw the car liked it but was out of my price range. he took my cell phone number and called me a few days later right after recieving a 99 nissan altima that was in my price range and did every thing he could to hold the car so i could swing by after work and look at it. when i arrived at the dealership he came right out and pulled the car right away. he let me test drive it and i fell in love with the car. it was just right for me. i was glad he was able to let me be the only one to test drive it. i got the car for what i could afford and was happy to tell many of my friends to go to gates nissan and ask for scott as their sales rep. More
