I have been a customer of Honda World and its predecessor since 1986, have always been satisfied with the Service department, especially Mike Kavanaugh. Since my Hondas last a long time, I don't have much interaction with Sales department, but purchasing my new 2020 FIT was also a satisfying experience. Scott Wood was super throughout the process. Answering all our questions, and meeting our pricing requests, always in a timely and very personable manner. We could not have asked for a better Delivery Specialist than Dorottya Sallee-Fellegi . She was thorough and informative without becoming boring or condescending. Wonderful, very personable approach. I will feel confident contacting her in the future, if and when I have any questions about the FIT's features. I will continue recommending Honda World to friends. More
