The new sales department for GM vehicles and the finance department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in t department at the GM department as well as the Cadillac department for incredibly helpful, open personable and attentive. However, my experience in the service department was horrendous. They were lazy did not respond. The manager in the department was unavailable for over four hours. I waited for a return phone call for assistance for over four hours. Until I walked in and Mr. Mike blue took my information and he promptly handled the issue. Congrats to him for stepping up. More

I have been working with Samantha in service for sometime now when I asked her for a recommendation on a sale person to work with when purchasing a vehicle, she mentioned Scotty Rice. Went and introduces mys now when I asked her for a recommendation on a sale person to work with when purchasing a vehicle, she mentioned Scotty Rice. Went and introduces myself to Scotty and the next thing I know, I had traded two very clean vehicles (21 Tahoe Z71 and a 23 Colorado ZR2) and bought a 25 Yukon AT4. Scotty was very easy to work with, process was super easy as well. GREAT job team James Wood, Ill be back ! More
