I was downright impressed with the whole experience at Plaza. I spent 18 years on the other side of the desk in the car business, and this is the kind of service and quality that we would strive to give o Plaza. My sales advisor Sean Borg was 10/10 from start to finish. So was everyone else at Audi Creve Coeur. 5 stars to Sean, Rick Deppen (finance manager), Theresa Ontiberos (service advisor) and Tom Dorman (the tech who inspected the vehicle). They each took a lot of time to understand me and give me straightforward advice that put my needs first (and I am one needy client!). Manual transmissions are hard to come by, and after a long-term exhaustive search, Plaza got exactly the car I wanted in stock for a great price. This 3-year-old A5 was a lease return and looks, smells, and most importantly, DRIVES like new. Great job all, thank you for unexpected pleasure it was to buy this A5. She's a beauty! More
