I was downright impressed with the whole experience at Plaza. I spent 18 years on the other side of the desk in the car business, and this is the kind of service and quality that we would strive to give o Plaza. I spent 18 years on the other side of the desk in the car business, and this is the kind of service and quality that we would strive to give our customers. My sales advisor Sean Borg was 10/10 from start to finish. So was everyone else at Audi Creve Coeur. 5 stars to Sean, Rick Deppen (finance manager), Theresa Ontiberos (service advisor) and Tom Dorman (the tech who inspected the vehicle). They each took a lot of time to understand me and give me straightforward advice that put my needs first (and I am one needy client!). Manual transmissions are hard to come by, and after a long-term exhaustive search, Plaza got exactly the car I wanted in stock for a great price. This 3-year-old A5 was a lease return and looks, smells, and most importantly, DRIVES like new. Great job all, thank you for unexpected pleasure it was to buy this A5. She's a beauty! More
