After leasing or buying 12 ford/Lincoln cars over the years this was the worst experience ever. They will not resolve my issue and will not return emails or messages through their website. When I first c years this was the worst experience ever. They will not resolve my issue and will not return emails or messages through their website. When I first contacted them about a lease I was immediately contacted. It's funny how that works. Hopefully ford headquarters will step in. Oh and if you are leasing from here realize that the money they tell you that is due at signing does not include the first months payment which in my experience it always does. More
