Sales associate at the dealership was excellent but the advisor at service center was not responsive. The service adviser promised me to order the part that I needed to replace and she said she would call advisor at service center was not responsive. The service adviser promised me to order the part that I needed to replace and she said she would call me when the part in but I’ve been waiting more than two weeks so far and never got a phone call from her. It looks she totally forgot about it. Very unprofessional. More

She was patient and friendly. I called three times! Confident, I went. When I singed in my car, another rep, Hema eased my concerns. One word to another, Hema had been a student, in the school I retired from, when I taught there. The tire was replaced but really folks, it about the remarkable people at Bayside, Volvo. Oh! Hema is five-months pregnant. My visit was for a tire, but the experience was joy and love. So happy, I ventured out. More

Seamless, efficient & so easy to work with We had a great experience with leasing a Volvo through Volvo Cars of Queens that when the lease was up, it was an easy decision to lease another one. We had a great experience with leasing a Volvo through Volvo Cars of Queens that when the lease was up, it was an easy decision to lease another one. Despite the pandemic and all the restrictions in place, it was seamless to complete the process. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and I was able to get a "tour" of the car in my driveway while on the phone with Branden. Highly recommend. More
