Sean Cho is the worst service advisor to work with. Had an amazing analogy about how doctors don’t let you know the price of their services over the phone, proceeded to be hostile most likely due to his own ego and lack of ability to provide minimal customer service. Great at baiting and switching; wants to trap you into creating a service appointment for a diagnosis and have you agree to diagnosis fee. Once you get to the dealer he will find a way to void the warranty and charge you the full bill. This is a great business model but would look horrible if one should complain to the better business bureau (BBB). Instead of answering your questions Sean will be purposefully dodgy, passive aggressive and cut you off to ask you several times if you want to schedule an appointment. Will put you on hold two or three times, tell you he will refer you to his manager which he won’t. Sean does not know how to speak to customers and does not have any social IQ. This is not a great way to build relationships with customers who purchased their vehicle at the same dealer and own both basic and extended warranty plans on their vehicle.
