Experience at Hollywood Kia Internet sales department is phenomenal. Jessica Charles (internet sales manager) and Emily Vargas(internet sales rep.)went above and beyond to locate Internet sales department is phenomenal. Jessica Charles (internet sales manager) and Emily Vargas(internet sales rep.)went above and beyond to locate the exact cars we wanted and at a great price. While other dealerships don’t give information over the phone, they were more than willing to accommodate our requests and our busy schedule. The offer we got over the phone was not just to get us in the door — It was the ACTUAL price they had said. They were honest with the deal. At the dealership, Jessica and Emily greeted us and referred us to Sean Emmanuel, our salesperson. He not only continued the great hospitality but managed to lower the price of one of the cars. He then set us up with the insurance representative, so we left the dealership fully insured and with one less worry. He calmly set us up and explained the features of both cars. My family and I highly recommend Jessica, Emily, and Sean, who made our car shopping experience smooth, fun, and most importantly, stress free at Hollywood Kia. More
