Became a Senior Master certified technician and was 1 of 14 technicians in the United States to compete in the 2019 Subaru National Technician Competition. In 2021 I was elevated to a management position with Annapolis Cars. Outside of work, I spend time with my family.

The rear gate on my Outback stopped working. I didn't really have a service appointment but was invited to drop by as service opened on Sat. morning. A service employee wanted out to the car & I didn't really have a service appointment but was invited to drop by as service opened on Sat. morning. I had purchased my subaru from this facility and had all previous service done here without incident so i made an appointment for 0815. The intialy visit went off without any problems and at 1030 they infor previous service done here without incident so i made an appointment for 0815. The intialy visit went off without any problems and at 1030 they informed me that for a diagnostic and 30k service that it be '2 - 3 hours' to get my car fixed. No problem. I decided to leave via their shuttle and shop around. At 1530 i hadn't heard anything so i called multiple times and received no answer then returned to the dealship to find out my car was not fixed and that someone was supposed to contact me about my vehicle which no one did. They advised i could leave my car overnight (i live 40 minutes away and came by myself) or take it home and come back. So now i am waiting at 1600 for my car to be returned back to the dealership and i still have to return with my car working improperly next week for them to finish my service. More
