Excellent Servic This was my first appointment with this service department. I found the staff very pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable of my service needs. My work was completed within the timeframe they estimated and it was convenient waiting in the waiting room while the service was being performed. I intend to use only them to service my Ford product in the future. More

Always Great Service I have always had a great experience with Walls Ford. I am in there every-other month sometimes more to have work done. I walk in for oil changes,t I have always had a great experience with Walls Ford. I am in there every-other month sometimes more to have work done. I walk in for oil changes,tire rotations and get a call in less than a couple of hours the truck is all set . The staff is friendly , professional and the work is done correct in a timely manner . Would not go any where else! More

Remarkable performance Dropped off Ford Fusion with some sort of throttle issue that we had been trying to resolve for 4 months. We took it to a local garage, and they kinda Dropped off Ford Fusion with some sort of throttle issue that we had been trying to resolve for 4 months. We took it to a local garage, and they kinda fixed it, for awhile. Here's the thing, it was a known problem and Wall's Ford diagnosed it in minutes. Then, even though our Fusion is a little beyond warranty (120,000+ miles) Ford covered the repair for no cost. The car was ready in like 90 minutes after we dropped it off. One of the best experiences I've ever had servicing a vehicle. Great job to Sean and his team. More
