I appreciate their prompt response in closing the top to my Fiat convertible. (It was stuck open). Also, I was appreciative of the honesty of the service department in letting me know that they couldn’t gua my Fiat convertible. (It was stuck open). Happily, I washed it from home to check for leaks in the top and it didn’t leak!! I’m thrilled! More
