I had a great customer service experaince w/ Tucson Subaru This month I had to purchase a new car for business and I had narrowed my search down to Subaru. I was out in California completing training for work, This month I had to purchase a new car for business and I had narrowed my search down to Subaru. I was out in California completing training for work, so I couldn't go and look at any cars in Tucson. I test drove many Subaru foresters in CA and knew that was what I wanted, I just had to find a good deal. Just out of luck I found a lightly used 2013 forester for a good price at Tucson Subaru, so I called the dealer and was directed to Sean Johnson. Sean was very personable and was not pushy like most car salesmen. Sean was very patient and always returned my calls to follow up with my many questions. When I did arrive in tucson It was a Saturday night at 7pm and Sean stayed until 1030pm till all the paper work was filled out. I really can't stand pushy salesmen and had walked out of many dealerships this month for that reason. Also, for someone that had only been working a Subaru for one month, Sean was very knowledgable on the product and was able to answer most of my questions. More
