Best First Car Experience! I had been looking for my first new (to me) car purchase, I knew a friend of mine from High School, Juan, worked at the Manly in Santa Rosa, and becau I had been looking for my first new (to me) car purchase, I knew a friend of mine from High School, Juan, worked at the Manly in Santa Rosa, and because a civic was my first choice, I started to look around online. I sent Juan a message about what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend, etc. and within just a few minutes he had already sent me the link to several different cars. What was really nice about this place and especially Juan as a sales person is that I never felt pressured to buy or like I was being taken advantage of. I'm only 21 and still in college but work for a bank in the area, so I have a sense of the whole sales idea. However I found as a young person I wasn't taken as seriously or was only shown vehicles I made clear were out of my price range, or I was tried to be talked into getting a cosigner because of my age. When I told Juan I wanted to make the purchase on my own he immediately had an option in mind from a local credit union for first time purchasers. On Sunday when I went in I told him I was on the way and he had the keys in his hand and the car out front in a matter of minutes. At first when they ran my credit through one bureau it came up significantly less than I was expecting and so this worried me as I check my score frequently. At first a manager there thought I should get a cosigner as well, but then when Sean from Finance happened to come out Juan explained my situation to him, and took it upon himself to run my credit one more time, and lo and behold, my score came up almost 50 pts higher, which is more like what i always find when I look myself. At first I was a little confused as to how the new buyer program worked with the down payment, as it was requesting more than I had initially wanted to put down. However Sean came over to me and explained everything in detail so I understood what all we were going with. Initially when they ran the numbers and checked it looked like my interest and payment were going to be higher than anticipated, but since I have an account established at the credit union already Sean went back, did some math and such and was able to cut that interest rate in half and bring my monthly payment down to what I was wanting to try and stay near. Overall this was a great experience for my first car that was just my own and not something my parents had helped with and I could not have done it without the help and service Juan and Sean gave me and I genuinely appreciate how much time they spent helping me get what I needed and explaining everything to me. If you are in the market for any new/used car or maintenance this is the place to go ! More

Ben is the best!!! I came to the dealership and asked for a better understanding of the features on my car, a 2018 Honda Civic Hatch Sport Touring. He showed me how the adaptive cruise control worked and even took me on live demonstration in which we went on the 101 and showed me that car could actually drive it self. I heard about the feature and was hoping to see it when I bought my car in February in my hometown Vallejo. Most people give BS answers and act like they know everything, not Ben he made it very easy to understand and explained everything in a non rushed manor, allowing me time to really grasp the features I bought. My first experience was with Ben and he showed me that the Honda Pilot was indeed going to meet all my needs and more. Cory helped us locate the vehicle as it was not in their inventory and it was available to me the next day. Cory and Ben make an excellent team, their communication was amazing. Sean finalized the financial strings and explained everything to me in great detail and answered all my questions. I decided to lease and Sean showed me all of the pros and cons to leasing verses purchasing so that the decision was an easy one for me. Paul was amazing, he also shared some leasing verses purchasing knowledge with me as well as inquiring if I had any questions and if I was being well taken care of. Every team member that I worked with gave me their card and assured me that if I ever have any questions to call them immediately. Their customer service is phenomenal, their communication is superior, and I left feeling confident that I had been well taken care of and am now driving my dream car. Not Satisfied We were dealing with Alex & Sean. Sean told us the price couldn't be changed.when there were other dealers selling same year, make, model w/similar We were dealing with Alex & Sean. I wish we could have left, but were stranded w/o vehicle from having to return a Carmax Forester needing repair. Seam lowed final price by giving better percentage rate after we were just told why that was so high & couldn't be changed. Then he said he could only do so by adding in Extended Warranty and GAP. I feel worked over and backed into corner without a choice. Wished I would have called their bluff and taken that Uber! More
