My first experience was with Ben and he showed me that the Honda Pilot was indeed going to meet all my needs and more. Cory helped us locate the vehicle as it was not in their inventory and it was available to me the next day. Cory and Ben make an excellent team, their communication was amazing. Sean finalized the financial strings and explained everything to me in great detail and answered all my questions. I decided to lease and Sean showed me all of the pros and cons to leasing verses purchasing so that the decision was an easy one for me. Paul was amazing, he also shared some leasing verses purchasing knowledge with me as well as inquiring if I had any questions and if I was being well taken care of. Every team member that I worked with gave me their card and assured me that if I ever have any questions to call them immediately. Their customer service is phenomenal, their communication is superior, and I left feeling confident that I had been well taken care of and am now driving my dream car. I wish we could have left, but were stranded w/o vehicle from having to return a Carmax Forester needing repair. Seam lowed final price by giving better percentage rate after we were just told why that was so high & couldn't be changed. Then he said he could only do so by adding in Extended Warranty and GAP. I feel worked over and backed into corner without a choice. Wished I would have called their bluff and taken that Uber! More

Although I have not bought a car directly from Cory, I want to point out that he has always been a great resource for me and even though he was not earning a commission, he still went out of his way to help me with issues regarding my vehicles and helping me with questions about features etc. On top of that, no matter what is going on in his own life, Cory is always the upbeat positive person you would want in a salesman. He also is not what many would classify as a cars salesman, he doesn't pressure you or make you feel bad if you need more time etc. If you are thinking about buying a Honda I would talk with Cory. I also want to point out Dave Ashby in service also did an exceptional job at taking care of a recurring mechanical issue with one of my cars and was able to solve the issue when others could not. I also have worked with the finance department when I purchased my most recent car and dealt with Dave Sambad. Dave is a no nonsense guy, he explains everything in detail and provides reasoning as to why it is beneficial. Over the years I have dealt with many car dealerships in my line of business (Insurance) and I have to say that dealing with Manly has always been a positive experience.
