Manly service department is super I have done business with Manly for many years and have always had good experiences with the service department. But Bill Petty is the best service ad I have done business with Manly for many years and have always had good experiences with the service department. But Bill Petty is the best service advisor I've ever dealt with. My service was taking longer than usual because we needed to add something to it and the service department was very busy on that Friday and Bill kept track of me kept me updated as he always does and it's greatly appreciated. I also dealt briefly with Sean in the sales department and found him to be extremely knowledgeable no pressure and really enjoyed getting information on the new CR-V from him. If I do get a new CR-V it will be from Sean. More

Great experience I came in to have routine maintenance done on my Honda. Sean was extremely helpful in helping me decide to get a more economy efficient car for my commute from santa rose to notavo 5 days a week. Sean showed me a number of options that were in my price range before landing on the HR-V. Sean took into consideration my budget and long term goals and was extremely knowledgeable on options to fit my budget. Thomas helped to explain the numbers and was very thorough explaining what exactly I was signing before asking me to sign. Thomas was able to speak at a level that I could understand so I didn't get lost in the financial aspect or the legal gargin. Once I was ready to drive off Sean took even more time out of his day to go over every feature in my new car and how to navigate all the upgrades I have no experience with. Great team! Recall/Upgrade My first time at this dealership. My 10 year old Honda had 3 recalls requiring attention. Even though I'd made my 2:00 appointment online and they wer My first time at this dealership. Even though I'd made my 2:00 appointment online and they weren't expecting to fix three things so late in the day, they accommodated me and put extra personnel on my car to get it all done. While they worked on my car, I met with a sales/service specialist (Sean) who happily showed me new and used cars that I was interested in, taking me for test drives, working on various financing options, and in the end sending me home to think it all through rather than pressuring me to make a snap decision. I actually enjoyed the process and came back three days later to get that new car. I've been telling everyone who asks to go to Manly Honda for great customer service! Oh, and I love my new car!!! Repeat customer When I bought my Honda Fit several years ago, it was my intention to drive it for a very long time. It was my first time to buy a car by myself and I When I bought my Honda Fit several years ago, it was my intention to drive it for a very long time. It was my first time to buy a car by myself and I was nervous but I had a really good feeling about not just the car but the Manly Honda Team who stood behind the car. They made me feel comfortable making the choices that I needed to make by giving me the information that I needed and explaining all of my options. I did drive the Fit for several years and it was on a maintenance visit that I was given the information that I needed regarding a recall that I had heard about. Once again, the team was there and they gave me all of the information regarding my options. They were able to give me a great deal for a trade in on my Fit and I drove home very happy with my HR V. The HR V and I did not have the long-term relationship that I was hoping for. After only 9 months, I was involved in a wreck while driving my HR V. I was so impressed with how it protected me. The seat belt held me very securely in the seat. The airbags went off and it was quite frightening but aside from some bruising, I was fine and the emergency system was there to let me know that a crash had been detected and emergency services had been contacted -- help was on the way. My first call the following day was to the insurance agency, then to the loaning agency and then to the team at Manly Honda. I looked about at some other dealerships and they were very nice and I was able to look at some good quality cars. I then went to the team at Manly Honda and explained what my budget was and what I liked about the various cars that I had looked at and what I didn't like. They were very patient and again gave me the comparative information that I needed to make an informed decision. I am so happy with the CR V that I selected and so happy to know that I have can count on the professionals at Manly to help when I need them. The entire staff is so wonderful. I know that this is a business and I want to support the business but I so appreciate that at no time have I ever been left to feel that my interests have been neglected or overlooked. I have already recommended him to other's I know wanting to purchase/lease a new car. Beejan made the finance aspect a fun experience with his personal touch on it. He explained in detail the process of leasing and the financial obligation that my daughter was about to embark on. It was nice to work with youth, courage and greatness. Justin took his time showing how the car's technology works as well as the safety features. He was personable and professional. More
