Found Lost Wedding Band! I called Pacifico Ford in a panic when I dropped my wedding band between the driver seat and console. Sean said to bring it in right away and they wo I called Pacifico Ford in a panic when I dropped my wedding band between the driver seat and console. Sean said to bring it in right away and they would look for it. When the first service technician couldn't find it, Sean had another technician take a look. They found the ring and I am extremely thankful for their diligence in helping me in this stressful situation! More

Outstanding Service Sean Mellon is the best service adviser at PACIFICO FORD! Sean actually took the time to listen to my problems with the same concerns of my vehicle as Sean Mellon is the best service adviser at PACIFICO FORD! Sean actually took the time to listen to my problems with the same concerns of my vehicle as I am. My car had a problem that reoccurred and needed the FORD company involved. Sean made all of the necessary calls no matter how many times he had to make an attempt to speak to someone to get the positive results we were looking for to have my car repaired.Even with other customers Sean was assisting, Sean still kept working on the phones and kept me informed of the progress of my situation. Because of Sean my car is repaired and running great! Sean is truly an asset to PACIFICO FORD and should be recognized for his diligent work. Thanks again Sean! More

Tire Service I showed up with a flat tire and my normal service manager Sean Mellon was in. He had my flat fixed and I was back on the road in no time. I've never had a bad experience here. Took my Edge in for it's oil change on 1/27/18. Sean Mellon is very courteous & pleasant. He assured me that I would be out in a timely matter.
