Excellant Service Today I took my car to Pacifico Ford for service and as always I was treated excellent. Sean Mellon in the service dept could not be more pleasant. after checking in he directed me to the lounge where He was told to help myself to the complementary coffee and fresh soft pretzels . Sean ensured me that my service would be quick and efficient and he was true to his word. In and out in no time. An asset to your company. More

Excellent Customer Service! I could not be happier with the way I was treated at Pacifico Ford today. The personal service and attention to detail was phenomenal. I had an 8AM ap I could not be happier with the way I was treated at Pacifico Ford today. The personal service and attention to detail was phenomenal. I had an 8AM appointment and I arrived about 10 minutes early. 8 AM sharp the bay door opened and I was immediately greeted by Sean Mellon who took down all my issues and concerns and the reason for my service appointment. Sean kept me informed every step of the way checking in with updates as the service progressed. The lounge area was very comfortable and spacious with serveral TVs, coffee, and my favorite Philly soft pretzels. Pacifico, and especially Sean Mellon, know how to treat a customer right and keep them coming back. A++++ experience! More

Outstanding Service Sean Mellon at Pacifico service is an absolute pleasure to work with. 7am I drove into the bay and was greated by a smiling and pleasant Sean. My service advisor, 593 Sean Mellon, kept me up to speed every step of the way by texting me with updates and questions, which was the best method of contact for me. I admit that I was hesitant to return to Pacifico for service because of my last experience, but Sean definitely was able to rectify that situation and guaranteed future business from me. He taught me what loyalty can do and I feel as though the guys here are loyal to me. Sean Mellon has been an excellent representative for the company and has helped me on numerous occasions. I know I can speak honestly when I say that I do NOT know the language of car sales/service and I feel as though Ford Pacifico are very honest, committed and timely.
