Missing Paperwork I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and had Sean Mellon as my service advisor. I didn't have some of the paperwork I needed. Instead I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and had Sean Mellon as my service advisor. I didn't have some of the paperwork I needed. Instead of telling me they couldn't do the inspection, Sean helped me get online with PennDOT and get everything I needed. He pretty much took care of everything. Couldn't have asked for him to any more helpful. More

In and out I brought my car in for an oil change last Friday afternoon and without any hesitation Sean was like .... no problem offered me something to drink and I brought my car in for an oil change last Friday afternoon and without any hesitation Sean was like .... no problem offered me something to drink and pointed me toward the waiting room and before you knew it my car was ready. Not only was it ready I received a coupon for a free car wash! I guess that was a Christmas present to me. Thanks Sean More
