Excellent Customer Service Sean really helped me out on an issue with the battery connection. The part would have been over $300 but he was able to fix the existing part with s Sean really helped me out on an issue with the battery connection. Who does that! Sean Mellon understands the customer and makes the process work. Tech Mike didn't waste time and completed recall work.Two key parts of the service process that keeps my SUV in tip top shape. More

Always treated like I am part of the Pacifico inner family! This is the first car I purchased at this particular dealership and will continue to use this dealership for all my car needs. Everyone I have dealt with has always been very kind and willing to spend the time to take care of me. Yesterday, I had my car in for service and worked with Sean Mellon. He couldn't have been anymore helpful to me. From getting a rental car to resetting up my phone to sync. Couldn't have had it any easier. He did everything. Great to have such conscientious workers to deal with. More
