Great Experience I just had my first service appointment after purchasing my car and Sean was a great help for me. I forgot to bring my insurance card but he just simp I just had my first service appointment after purchasing my car and Sean was a great help for me. I forgot to bring my insurance card but he just simply asked me to email him a copy and he printed it out. He kept me posted on the progress while I was waiting so made me feel a lot better cause I knew what was going on. And he explained to me in detail how my cost breakdown works. Thanks again Sean! More

Great Service I take all of my Ford vehicles to Pacifico. They provide great service and their lounge lets me get work done while the car is being serviced. Sean I take all of my Ford vehicles to Pacifico. They provide great service and their lounge lets me get work done while the car is being serviced. Sean Mellon was especially helpful on my last visit as they were able to squeeze my car in for service and get it done in a very reasonable amount of time. It's also great that they provide a car wash with service work. I highly recommend Pacifico. More

2014 dodge dart...oil leak On Monday, Oct. 9th I hear multiple beeping sounds coming from my dashboard, only to see a message saying"low oil pressure ". Shortly after oil light On Monday, Oct. 9th I hear multiple beeping sounds coming from my dashboard, only to see a message saying"low oil pressure ". Shortly after oil light came on and service engine light appeared. I pulled into gas station brought 2 bottles of oil and put in car. I then went to Pacifico and my Salesman Earl Hill immediately contacted Sean Melon in the Service dept. Sean identified the problem ordered what was needed n the car was fixed. I appreciated the way Sran explained everything to me. He's great. Thanks Sean, you are the best. More

Ford Fusion Service My 2016 Ford Fusion SE broke down on two separate occasions without warning and the check engine light appeared. Initially, I took my car to a differ My 2016 Ford Fusion SE broke down on two separate occasions without warning and the check engine light appeared. Initially, I took my car to a different Ford dealer and was essentially handed my keys back with the solution of resetting the check engine light although the diagnostic was that the car needed a part, which they didn't have in stock. I did not feel safe in the car. Fast forward two days and I called Pacifico on a Saturday (late morning), spoke to Sean and told him my story. He got me in THAT DAY (and a very busy day at that) and my car was fixed THAT DAY. Two parts were replaced with no problem. Sean was also ready with rental (which my lease provides) through Enterprise so it wouldn't effect my job - should the repairs been longer than a day. Sean was empathetic toward the fact that I didn't feel safe in my car. He took the time to speak to me and thoroughly explain everything in terms that I could understand. I've had many cars in my life and some cars with many problems. I can tell you that I've - hands down - received the BEST customer service and overall service from Sean. I will recommend him to everyone I know. These days decent customer service is hard to find anywhere. The service Sean provides is more than exceptional! More

Sean did everything for me beginning when I drove my car in. I enjoyed my experience with these men. Sean came to my car in the garage and took it from there. Gary Holmes informed me of how I could upgrade. Paul I enjoyed my experience with these men. Sean came to my car in the garage and took it from there. Gary Holmes informed me of how I could upgrade. Paul handled the bill informed me of rebates. I never have people treat me this well. There customer appreciation was the greatest I will always service and purchase my cars at this dealership. inspection and oil change Sean is a gentleman and a professional to work with. I had a problem with my stickers and he assured me he would take care of the problem and straigh Sean is a gentleman and a professional to work with. I had a problem with my stickers and he assured me he would take care of the problem and straighten everything out. I thought I was going to be there all day. Sean not only was able to get the proper stickers on my windshield and my oil changed but I was out of there in one hour and fifteen minutes.
