Earlier this month, I visited Criswell Honda as I shopped for a vehicle. Sean was so pleasant to work with. From the start, he was welcoming and laid back as he discussed my options and shared information on for a vehicle. Sean was so pleasant to work with. Sean was a pleasure to work with to purchase our new Honda We originally stopped at Criswell Honda to see what used Honda CRV's they had on the lot. Sean offered assistance to test drive and answered question We originally stopped at Criswell Honda to see what used Honda CRV's they had on the lot. Sean offered assistance to test drive and answered questions. We were not ready to make a decision as yet so we exchanged contact information. Over the next month Sean would send an occasional email to check in with us. When we were finally ready to purchase a vehicle. We sent emails to 4 Honda dealers in our area to obtain pricing on a new Honda vehicle (HRV & CRV). Most of the dealers were responsive but Sean stood out with the details he provided. The next step was to test drive an HRV & CRV. We made an early appointment with Sean for Saturday morning to test drive both type vehicles. We arrived and Sean had both type vehicles ready to test drive. We settled on the CRV-EX and Sean remembered when we first went to view the Criswell used vehicles, we liked the red CRV. It's now a month later and Sean remembered we liked that red vehicle and pulled a red 2020 Honda CRV-EX from inventory, had it washed for our test drive. We preferred the CRV over the HRV and ended up purchasing that new red CRV. The process was easy, NO pressure (that is Sean's way of doing business) and he was knowledgeable about the product. We feel like we made a new friend in Sean!!!!! We strongly recommend Sean, you will not be disappointed. More
