A day after the purchased we noticed a minor issue on the body of the car that we didn't notice on the day of purchase as it was dark and rainy. When I brought it to Sean's attention, he and Mike took care of it and serviced the car at no extra cost. No questions asked. They were friendly, treated us respect and provided great customer service. Thank you! More

Used Car Purchase Found a car on Car Gurus that met the criteria I was looking for. Sent an inquiry to Criswell Honda and within minutes received an email from Sean Na Found a car on Car Gurus that met the criteria I was looking for. Sent an inquiry to Criswell Honda and within minutes received an email from Sean Nazemian. He provided the status of the car (was being detailed) and told me he would let me know when it was available to see. Within a day I was at the dealership, Sean had the car ready for a test drive, and we proceeded to work out a deal. Only hassles were the usual "I have to ask my manager" (though this is dealer protocol, not Sean's fault) and the 25-30 minutes spent in the finance office (it's almost as bad as a house settlement). We made a deal that worked for both of us and I drove off with the car within two days of seeing it pop up on the internet. Sean also followed up on an issue with the towing hitch from my trade-in car. More

A no pressure and extremely friendly experience! This was my first car purchase and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I received a phone call from Mike Tomazos shortly I had emailed Criswell H This was my first car purchase and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I received a phone call from Mike Tomazos shortly I had emailed Criswell Honda about my interest in one of their listings. We got an appointment set up to see the car in no time, scheduling was flexible, couldn't have been easier. My sales rep, Sean Nazemian, was immediately very informative and quite laid back from the second we stepped into the used sales portion of the dealership. He presented everything in just the right way so that it was all explained and disclosed, but there was no pressure on you as a customer in any way. I spent the majority of the time with him, including the test drive which was equally low pressure and informative! After all of that paperwork was done, I headed over to finances with Mahaman Kolo. Payment went smoothly, everything went as fast as it could have. Despite being a fairly dry and boring part of the process, Mr.Kolo was a pleasure to do business with as well. The whole experience genuinely couldn't have gone any better! More
