Great Prices! Awesome staff!! Simply Amazing Service!!! I loved shopping for my leased car here. My initial point of contact was Cindy from the Direct Sales team through an online quote request for a Toyota I loved shopping for my leased car here. My initial point of contact was Cindy from the Direct Sales team through an online quote request for a Toyota Corolla that I had sent. She was very good with the follow up emails and as I was moving suggested I talk to them after I made the move. But as she was out the day I went in, I dealt with David Garske. I loved that their prices are so good that I got a better deal than I was hoping for and a better car(ended up buying a Toyota Camry SE) because I was seriously not expecting such a great deal. David was so patient, funny and thorough when I was trying to make a choice, with the test drives and actually tried to help me stick to what I had initially wanted. In fact when I started contemplating a Camry, David made sure it was something that I really wanted because I was very clear about what I was looking to spend and this was slightly above. And for all the horror stories out there about dealers getting annoyed for doing your calculations or nitpicking about every single detail on the price sheet, you have to visit here. David gave me all the time I needed, explained every charge or figure I wanted clarified and basically made it so easy for me to understand my financial responsibility. No pushing packages at me. Nothing. He was even persistent in getting me a perfect picture of me with my car after the sale, which I found incredibly sweet. Even the finance person Sean was great. He made the end of transaction go so smoothly, which was much appreciated because all I wanted was my shiny new car. Cindy, David and Sean, you guys rock!!! Thank you for making this such an easy and great car buying experience for me. More

Every time that I've ever been to a car dealership whether big or small, I always felt a little bit of pushing from the salesman. I even had one salesman follow me out to the freeway with a car that I had just test drove! But not at Sunnyvale Toyota! Ryan Cacatian was a true professional and answered all of the questions that I had. He was super friendly and never once told me to go for the more expensive model or for the more expensive car. In fact, on my first day there we didn't make the deal because I wasn't quite ready. He had a lot of patience as I was asking a million questions. Sure enough, a few days later I came back and was able to make the purchase. There was no fuss whatsoever and I was extremely comfortable when I signed the documents. I will always come back to Sunnyvale Toyota for my Toyota purchases, just as long as Ryan still works there. More

We purchased a new Prius from David Gerske at Toyota Sunnyvale. The price he quoted for the car was excellent when compared to independent information on line. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were not pressured into looking at any cars and were free to walk around, which we preferred to do. He drove us across the street to look at new cars and allowed us to continue looking at the selection freely, no pressure or forced demonstration of the car. We did not purchase a car that day, but we did return to the same dealership some days later because we were so pleased with the manners of the salesmen at Toyota Sunnyvale as opposed to other dealerships, where salesmen tended to follow us around and try to pressure us into buying cars we were not completely interested in. We specifically requested for Delon when we returned during the second visit, and he was just as nice as before. He had even remembered which car we were interested in from the week before. Sean helped us in finance - he was very patient and took the time to explain to us different care plans (more than once!). More

The Sunnyvale Toyota facility reminds me of the bad experience I had purchasing the vehicle there. Sean Nguyen (Financial Services Manager) and Mike New (Finance Director) forced an extended service pa experience I had purchasing the vehicle there. Sean Nguyen (Financial Services Manager) and Mike New (Finance Director) forced an extended service package on us which did not want. I said I did not want it, but they badgered us until my wife agreed and I gave up because I was not feeling well. I cancelled the extended policy a couple of days later when I was feeling better. I reported this issue many times but never received a written apology from Mike New and Sean Nguyen. I'll definitely find some place else to get my vehicle serviced after the two year period. More

We had a really successful and competent visit; we had called ahead and given the specifics of what we wanted, we received a call saying you had the truck within 24 hours and we were able to complete the called ahead and given the specifics of what we wanted, we received a call saying you had the truck within 24 hours and we were able to complete the purchase within 24 hours of the truck arriving in Sunnyvale.
