Great First New Vehicle Experience From the beginning the staff was very friendly. More importantly they listened to what I wanted to look at and showed me each vehicle I had previously picked out. I never felt pressured to lean one way or another. I asked direct questions and got direct answers. Breath of fresh air! Also I had a previous experience at another local dealership where I was made to believe that I couldn't talk about what payments would be before I signed all paperwork. Nothing like that done here. Once I had decided to make the purchase I was talked through each step in the process. Financing was great too. Again, never having gone through this process I wasn't sure what to expect. I was given all the information upfront and never pressured to go beyond what I was comfortable with. They went above and beyond to get me the best bang for my buck. If you are considering purchasing a Mazda I would encourage you to start here! More

On a drizzly, foggy day, I came in to simply test drive a Mazda 6 since I had never driven one and was not impressed with other cars in its class. So, I wound up driving one home! No pressure or hassle. I did plenty of research on the car before I arrived. Steve Adams knew what I wanted because he listened and knew the product well. Other staff members that worked with me were April Cook who was enchanting and Sean Porterfield who was congenial. I got the car at the price I needed to be and drove off feeling good about the purchase I made. More

He did a great job of explaining the features and synched my phone with the Bluetooth before I left. Sean Porterfield was great as well in the finance department. As I have serviced my vehicles at Reynolds Mazda since 2005, I can say there service is impeccable. Sandra Saunders is the best. Always calls if there are other recommended services and explains everything fully. More

I wasn't looking for a Mazda but, found on the internet they had a used Buick What can I say, I had a very satisfying experience with this dealership! I wasn't looking for a Mazda but, found on the internet they had a used Buick that someone had traded in. I have owned several Buick's and have always liked them, it seems a bit funny to find a Buick at a Mazda dealer. When I arrived initially a peppy high stepping fellow came to greet me (Brent), I first thought to myself "oh crap a salesman wanting to kiss my xxx and sell me junk". I can say honestly yes Brent is a salesman but he knows how to get down to the point and not waste your time. That style of direct conversation I greatly appreciate. After we drove the car I told him what I had to spend and he took that straight to the sales manager, he had a price within 5 minutes. Because of some traveling, it was a week later before I was able to get back to the dealership and again come to a price that fit my budget through the sales manager. Brent quickly came back with a grin and handshake congratulating me on my purchase. I am so thankful to this dealership and the folks there, they got me into a great car at a honest to truth price that I could afford. No beating around the bush or back and forth, straight up and easy. I 100% recommend this dealer if you are shopping for a New or Used vehicle.......Thank you Reynolds Mazda Norman Oklahoma. More

Our salesman, James Tippett, was the most relaxed, easy-going no pressure salesman. He was extremely knowledgible, not only about the basics of the car but the technology involved in the systems. There was not one question we had that he couldn't answer. We were torn between two different makes of vehicles but our experience from the get go with him told us not to even bother driving the other car. April Cook, the Customer Relations Manager, and Sean Porterfield, the Business Manager, were also very impressive with their knowledge, professionalism and easy going personalities.
