Greene Ford Service is THE BEST! Our car needed a routine maintenance service and a small warranty item before heading out on vacation, but couldn’t pick it up until after closing. Great service The service performed on my mustang was completed quickly and went very smooth. When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee tha The service performed on my mustang was completed quickly and went very smooth. When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee that questioned me choosing the correct service for my vehicle in a very sarcastic and rude tone, after checking he said that I did select the correct service ( which I already had told him I selected before). This is the reason for the 4 star experience because every person I dealt with thereafter was very pleasant and very nice. This is a great dealership and has been great from buying my vehicle to the service but there needs to be a better first impression going into the service department. More

Another Great Service with Greene! Engine light came on prompting the visit and within moments of arrival at Greene they found the culprit and had it handled under warranty.
