Great service The service performed on my mustang was completed quickly and went very smooth. When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee tha The service performed on my mustang was completed quickly and went very smooth. When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee that questioned me choosing the correct service for my vehicle in a very sarcastic and rude tone, after checking he said that I did select the correct service ( which I already had told him I selected before). This is the reason for the 4 star experience because every person I dealt with thereafter was very pleasant and very nice. This is a great dealership and has been great from buying my vehicle to the service but there needs to be a better first impression going into the service department. More

Another Great Service with Greene! Engine light came on prompting the visit and within moments of arrival at Greene they found the culprit and had it handled under warranty. Went Over and Beyond I wanted to recognize Ken in Parts and Blaine and Sean in the Service Dept. I took my car to a local car wash and my Antenna/GPS Cover was ripped off. I wanted to recognize Ken in Parts and Blaine and Sean in the Service Dept. I took my car to a local car wash and my Antenna/GPS Cover was ripped off. I was not able to drive my car to avoid the rain getting into the electrical components of the antenna until it was repaired. Ken ordered my part ASAP, and arranged to have it painted then Blaine was able to get the service part of the work done sooner that we anticipated. I really feel that they went over and beyond to help me get my car back as soon as possible. I would recommend that entire team to anyone. The service dept was a large part in my decision to buy a Ford and they have done a great job. More
