Always expect an honest and sincere full service! During the regular service interval we had a question on an outside of warranty item that we were curious about repairing/replacing. Both Sean and Bl During the regular service interval we had a question on an outside of warranty item that we were curious about repairing/replacing. Both Sean and Blaine were incredibly informative and helpful, bending over backwards to make sure we were educated and fully understood what our question entailed. That helped us immensely and would have never expected the time, courtesy, and help like that from any other dealer, except Greene Ford. The vehicle sale has always been an enjoyable experience with Greene every few years, but the service experience afterwards every few months is truly beyond comparison. Fluids, hoses, belts & plugs I brought my '04 F-150 in to have a complete change in the plugs, fluids, belts and hoses...all of them. Greene Ford Service is THE BEST! Our car needed a routine maintenance service and a small warranty item before heading out on vacation, but couldn’t pick it up until after closing.
