They did not communicate clearly about the fix that needed to be made. I came in for a service alert and was hearing the EXACT rattle expressed in the communication from Subaru. I'm not even 100% sure they fixed what they were supposed to. They might have charged me for something they did not do. Also tried to sell me on some expensive ($3K) repair that another mechanic (when i got a 2nd opinion) said i did not need. More

Rye Subaru has knowledgeable, honest, and polite service staff. Sebastian was very helpful and kind. I had driven my car over a curb and heard a lot of grinding and was very worried about how much damage I staff. Sebastian was very helpful and kind. I had driven my car over a curb and heard a lot of grinding and was very worried about how much damage I had done. This occurred a few days after having it serviced. Sebastian took care of me on both days. He scheduled an appointment for me very quickly and it turned out that I had only broken some clips on the underside of the car. At another service center, a mechanic might have tried to convince me that I needed a more extensive repair. Thank you, Sebastian and Rye Subaru! More
