The soft white rug that I sit on in the driver's seat (instead of car seat covers) had dark grey blackish stains when I got my car back. Maybe have your mechanics have cleaner uniforms for inspections. The service dept re accessories and help with using this computer on 4 wheels was completely inaccessible. I go to another dealership. I returned to Rye for the inspection because the other dealership was having phone lines problems that day. As for scheduling that NYS inspection, Paula was fine. More
