It is with great pleasure that I am writing this review. This is now our second car purchased with Greg and we cannot speak highly enough of him. We have been with Mercedes for over 20 years and unfortunately had some trouble with our last vehicle. We were debating whether or not to go forward with another Mercedes yet Greg easily won us back to the dealership and the brand. Greg knew that we may be switching brands and without saying a word or asking for a contract or deposit he ordered the car we were considering without our knowing. When we called to discuss the other options we were considering Greg mentioned that he had ordered a car for us so that we could at least look at it and see if it met our expectations. What representative would have done that? Once we saw the car, needless to say we fell in love with it and Greg truly worked out a wonderful deal for us. He truly cares about his clients and has done nothing but try to listen to our concerns and make us happy.
Even with our prior vehicle, when he would see us at the dealership he would make it a point to say hello and see how we were doing.
Whenever, we go to the dealer for service he always will say hello and ask if there is anything he can do. This is truly 5 star service with a heart.
The dealership has been like family to us as we have been with them since we leased our first vehicle. I never have an issue, a loaner is always ready for me and time is not wasted when I am there. I want to thank Matt Gesik, Katy Sweeney as well as the wonderful team in the loaner department who always have a car ready for me, even if it is on a moments notice.
Needless, to say, Greg has won our hearts back and have kept us with Mercedes Benz.
My only criticism is the new design of the showroom. Black is wonderful for design but it does not work for this dealership. It is truly rather depressing and dark and it is my opinion that the design should be revisited.
Again, it is truly my pleasure to rave about Gregory and all that have gone out of their way to keep us and take care of us. Peter.

As a long time mercedes benz and amg owner, Aswell as a AMG private lounge member and mbworld member, MB Manhattan is NOT the place for car enthusiasts or AMG owners.
They do not treat your car with any type of care! They do more harm then good, and have left me going back to them for more work for weeks cleaning up their own self caused harm to my great E63 S AMG.
It was a huge mistake to go here in the first place as recommened by a friend.
The quality of work by the techs here is horrible, and would never let them touch another AMG ever. Its all sparkles and bright lights up front but behind the scene, their service work is horrendous to say the least.
Any fellow AMG owners please DO NOT bring your car here and stay away. They will fix one thing and damage another just for you to revisit so they can get paid for warranty work or out of warranty work. The service advisors are clueless and the service manager Matthew Gesek is very unprofessional and rude who makes servicing your car a nightmare like you hear on the news. He offers no help for customers and is extremely unprofessional.
Worst experience i have had at any Mercedes benz dealer with my AMG.
