The sales consultant, Sejad Gurdic, is a consummate professional, who created a positive, comfortable sales environment from his initial greeting of me to the final sale. He did not employ any "hard sale tactics," which would have given me pause. In fact, I had two other scheduled appointments that day with other Honda dealerships to get information about their lease offers on the Honda fit. But it was because of Mr. Gurdic, who guided me through the entire leasing process including- the terms of the lease, specifications of the different models available, road tests, etc. , that I decided not to keep those subsequent appointments, and to lease the vehicle from Crown Honda.
