The Sales team went out of there way to help me sell and buy my new Porsche. They spent time to help me identify what was important to me in a new car. They found the right car quickly and had it ready the buy my new Porsche. They spent time to help me identify what was important to me in a new car. They found the right car quickly and had it ready the next day. Everytime i drive my new Taycan I find how much the car exceeds my ask. This is a great dealership from sales to service. More

Sergey Marinin (Direct Line/770.216.7565) - Porsche Atlanta Perimeter Service Advisor has been truly amazing to work with and the one bright light with my purchase of a 2021 - custom Cayenne Turbo (179 Atlanta Perimeter Service Advisor has been truly amazing to work with and the one bright light with my purchase of a 2021 - custom Cayenne Turbo (179K) from Mi - at the Porsche dealer in Peoria, IL - 2322 W Van Winkle Way, Peoria, IL 61615 Outside of Sergey's professionalism I wish I had never purchased this vehicle. I am 51 yrs old and I have never had this bad of an experience. I love the way the car, looks and drives, but I cannot express the level of disappointment I have with finding out that my brand new car had been wrecked before. I got a flat tire, and took it to Sergey to fix - a sensor light comes on that shows a visibility issue with the sensors. Sergey calls and sends an email that it will cost me $3379.00 to replace. I only have 5 thousand miles on the car (still don't have the tags). Why would something like this be a charge to me??? BECAUSE the car had been in some sort of wreck. Sergey explains to me that the damage to my car could only have happened in a wreck. I got it "brand new" - so how is this even possible? The car looks amazing. Only way is that coming off the truck to the dealer something must have happened and they redid the paint to an amazing new paint (upgraded some of the package) AND then charged me for all of that as a custom - no other car like it! So my new, beautiful (179K) car that I think has never been in a wreck (as far as I knew) has a damaged sensor box - from what??? a wreck and porsche wants to charge me more??? More

Not pleased with the way the entire process was handled had I not complained to corporate I would of had to wait three months. had I not complained to corporate I would of had to wait three months. More
